First you get in touch with us and tell us what you have in mind. Then we assign a designer to start working on your ideas. He/she would then send you sketches or computer renders and get your feedback and continually make changes until you are completely satisfied with the result. From then, our fine jewellery makers get to work to transform your design into a complete custom made jewellery ready to be sent to you. 

Yes, we insure your item until it reaches you.  

We use only 18K gold in various colour shades. This type of gold is used by most fine jewellery makers and is an industry standard. 9K, 14K or even 16K are not pure enough and inferior in quality and longevity. 

It all depends on your design and the number of adjustments you make. Once you get in touch with us and tell us about your requirement we are able to give you a timeframe so you can plan ahead.

Engagement rings are our top sellers but we have designed and made anything from small earrings to a complete six piece jewellery set.
