DELIVERY
We use DPD Express and DHL Premium shipping for fast and reliable delivery. Delivery is free if you are in the UK, however for items that are being shipped to Europe or other parts of the world there is a delivery fee. We will inform you about the cost before any payment is made to us.
INSURANCE
Your item is unique and bespoke, so we take great care of it until you receive it. Each item is fully insured by our UK insurance provider in accordance with the item’s value.
RETURN
If you are unsatisfied or simply change your mind you can return the item within 50 DAYS of the purchase date. Please remember that we only accept returns if the jewellery is unworn.
RESIZING
You can send back your item for a free resizing service if it is within our 50 DAYS return or resize period. Please make sure that your item is sent to us fully insured and via tracked delivery.
